Crossroads Heating & Air Conditioning was established in January, 2004 by Tyler Heer, Bryan Heer, and Doug Rabins under the parent company name of: BBC Group Enterprises LLC, dba. Crossroads Heating & Air Conditioning.

As of late 2006, the company has undergone restructuring and is now currently owned by Tyler Heer, Bryan Heer and Mary Rabins and known as: Crossroads Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. This company is founded on the principles of providing top quality products and services to all customers. All work is performed to the latest code requirements whether or not they are not being enforced by your local agency. By doing this, you can be assured that the installation or repair will pass all applicable codes and requirements. We believe in quality before quantity. We never take a shortcut to get the job done quicker. This will almost always comprise the integrity of the project at hand.

We strongly believe in ongoing training on all aspects of this industry. All personnel are encouraged to attend regular classes and training that is specific to this industry. June 2007

We have become VVT/CCS and 3V Certified by Carrier.  Our controls division is being established based on our customer feedback.

August 2007

Crossroads Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. was recently published in the trade magazine called, "Indoor Comfort News," August 2007 Issue, Page #30 titled, "Contractor Close-up."

February 2008

In February of 2008, Tyler Heer of Crossroads Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc., was elected to be on the Board of Directors of IHACI - Institute of Heating and Air Conditioning Industries, Inc. He is proud to serve a 2 year term on the board and looks forward to faciliting changes within our industry.

The Institute of Heating and Air Conditioning Industries, Inc., is a non-profit trade association of contractors, manufacturers, distributors, utility firms, and related businesses actively engaged in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and sheet metal industries.

Formally incorporated in 1948, IHACI remains a progressive association dedicated to the education, promotion, and growth of our industry.

Through membership involvement and participation, and adherence to the IHACI Code of Ethics, the association is able to render a myriad of services and benefits to its participating members.
